Working out tips



We all know that working out is a requirement to good health. Getting started is the probably the hardest part and without a plan you will quickly become frustrated and eventually quit. What good is that? Below are some quick tips:

  1. Start Slow: Don't jump into it all too suddenly: increase workout intensity gradually and avoid hurting yourself.
  2. Do it Daily: Working out daily is the only way to stop yourself from slacking off. It may sound difficult, but it's actually easier than exercising 3 or 4 days a week. 
  3. Listen to Your Body:  Make sure you don't over exert yourself, and always listen to your body. Feeling tired is good: feeling a sharp pain means you need to stop at once.
  4. Buddy Up: If you can't afford a trainer or a great instructor, or you don’t think you’re ready for one yet, grab hold of a friend with similar goals. Push each other and drive to success.
  5. Fast/upbeat Music: One of the easiest ways to get through a enery draining workout is to listen to fast, fun music. It may sound like corny advice, but fast music really can motivate you from slogging off.
Here are some easy techniques which can be done at home.




After a few months of these easy workouts you'll surely be livin' a healthy fly life.




































What should you eat & what shouldn't you?

Todays topic is what should you eat and what shouldnt you :).
Well a balanced diet of fats, carbs and protein is the key to having a healthy lifestyle. Making the right foods choices will give you lasting energy and support your daily bodily functions. The main tip for keeping your body healthy is to combine a variety of healthy foods into your diet to supply your body with nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
You need also need a variety of fruits and vegetables each day. They are naturally low in fat and calories. Eating fresh produce provides key vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber for digestive health.By Eating an entire apple with the skin provides fiber that can keep you full for an extended period of time which can stop you from snacking on unhealthy treats or food.  



You should also avoid Junk food like food which contains sugar or too much saturated fat, soft drinks, alcohol, most sausages, chips, sweets, cakes, buns and white bread.
It is best to stay away from junk food, because it generally contains far too much sugar and fat in it and too
 little of important nutrients which can cause spots, you to be fairly less active and obese. Generally think about it this way,Why stuff yourself with "empty calories"?

Effects on drug and alcohol intake

People take drugs and alcohol for many reasons. Many which are very dangerous and could result in loss of life (Drugs). This here should be surely enough for people to understand how serious drug intake is and over consuming amounts of alcohol is, This surely should stop them from doing it but people still continue :s.
Here are some reasons why people take drugs or alcohol:
  • To aviod being bored
  • To fit in with a group of people
  • To gain more self confidence
  • To forget about their problems
  • To relax
  • To feel good

Quick Tips

Yoo! I'm Henry Mula, i'm 18years old and live in the dungeons of South East London lool. My profession is a being a fitness trainer and i absolutely love it so i have decided to create a blog so i could share some fun facts, info and tips on healthy living. My first blog entry is some quick tips on how to stay healthy and happy.

  • Get enough sleep (upto 9hours a day)
  • Eat a healthy diet that consists of 5-7 or more servings of fruits and vegetables a day. A real favourite of mine is pineapple slices but aviod eating watermelons their discusting lol.
  • Do atleast 1hr or more of physical activity everyday or nearly everyday.
  • Don't smoke
  • Learn how to manage stress. (safely)
  • Take time everyday in doing something you enjoy ( chat to a friend, go out shopping, etc.)
These tips will surely have you living healthy and have you living a happy life. Also im not forcing you to follow any of these tips but if you follow them you'll surely be the winner between the fight with your confidence and body :)
