Yoo! I'm Henry Mula, i'm 18years old and live in the dungeons of South East London lool. My profession is a being a fitness trainer and i absolutely love it so i have decided to create a blog so i could share some fun facts, info and tips on healthy living. My first blog entry is some quick tips on how to stay healthy and happy.
- Get enough sleep (upto 9hours a day)
- Eat a healthy diet that consists of 5-7 or more servings of fruits and vegetables a day. A real favourite of mine is pineapple slices but aviod eating watermelons their discusting lol.
- Do atleast 1hr or more of physical activity everyday or nearly everyday.
- Don't smoke
- Learn how to manage stress. (safely)
- Take time everyday in doing something you enjoy ( chat to a friend, go out shopping, etc.)
These tips will surely have you living healthy and have you living a happy life. Also im not forcing you to follow any of these tips but if you follow them you'll surely be the winner between the fight with your confidence and body :)
